Each SecureDongle X dongle contains a User ID (UID) as well as the globally unique Hardware ID (HID). Developers are required to generate their own UID by inserting up to 64 bytes of Seed Code. HID is an unchangeable ID that has been burned into the dongle during production, even us cannot change it. Developer can utilize these 2 unique identifiers into your software protection.
The built-in 2,560 bytes internal memory of SecureDongle X allows developers to use it as an external table or to store some of the licensing data in their software protection implementation. Additional RSA encryption is provided to ensure for data security.
